Location and surroundings
Hostal Montemayor is located at Pl. Industrial los Arroyos, 21800 Moguer, Huelva, Spain, on the edge of Moguer, the birthplace of Nobel Prize winning poet Juan Ramón Jiménez. Although situated outside the heart of the town, the location offers a quieter setting while keeping Moguer within easy reach: the historic centre with its convent, churches and cafés is about a ten minute walk away.
Getting here
By car, Moguer is reached from the A-49 motorway (Seville - Huelva) via the A-494 and is well signposted. Free parking is available right next to the hostal and no reservation is needed. The nearest train station is San Juan del Puerto (RENFE), 7 km away, with connections to Huelva and Seville. Seville Airport is 94 km away, roughly one hour by car, and Faro Airport in Portugal is around 150 km away.
